2022 Life Event with 30 day wait, event shows 2022 rates, not 2023 rates, how to resolve?
We have 2022 Life Events with a 30 day wait period so the actual enrollment is in 2023, our life events show 2022 rates to the employee, not 2023 rates, how to resolve?
We have new hires in December 2022 with New Hire Life Events that are presented with the 2022 rates and plan names. rates and we need to show them the rates and names as of Jan 01, 2023.
How can we update the Events to present to the new hire the 2023 rates and plan names.
What is the solution for this, many customers with 30 days wait time for enrollment must experience this.
Is there some standard configuration or process we can run to update the events or what is the workaround that other customers use?
