Element entry Value Issue in Salary change

Summary:

Hi All,

1.While change salary, element entry value differs from Salary amount in change

2.Replicated the Change salary agian it doesn't work

3.created change salary for test worker with same salry basis it works there both salary amount and entry value are same

4.verified few other workers with same salary basis, they have same amount no difference in entry value
