Summary:

When designing content for our Careers website homepage, we're finding that it's taking us ages via trial and error to populate the background image on our splash page so that it looks good on all screens. It seems to crop differently on each device.

Does anyone have any dimensions they were given for a background image on the Careers website homepage? Or any articles that could help us?
