Which table stores the "Assign as" information for initiative

Hello All,

I am trying to build a report to fetch learning initiative details but i am not finding any information regarding the assign as column in the UI.Please refer the attached screenshot for the column that i am referring to.

Please let me know from where acn i find the details.
