Summary: Pending workers are unable to update attachments in reopened tasks.


Content (required): We have several preboarding tasks configured where an attachment is required and being stored in document records. In the event that pending worker needs to make a correction to an attachment, we have it configured where HR is able to reopen the task, but the existing attachement is not displaying for pending worker to delete and upload a new/corrected attachment (see attached screenshot). Is there a way to make the attachment available, so they can delete the existing attachment and then upload the corrected one? Unfortunatley, I was unable to find any information regarding
