my requirement is the knowledge articles should be filtered based on required facets from the results of ask a question API call using the rest api.

Content (required):

we tried as per the oracle docs of B2B knowledge management and tried to filter articles using facet query parameter. but we are getting no results.

we have used facet=CMS-PRODUCT.RN_PRODUCT_1 as a query parameter to filter articles based on selected product from the results of ask a question Api results.

we are not getting any articles based on facet=product. HOW TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ?
