Hi all,

I'm currently working on some infolets for displaying learning information for the managers to use when they load up PeopleCloud and I appear to have run into a weird issue with some managers USER.IDs not correctly matching their Manager Email Address field.

I'm using the following filter:

To ensure only the manager opening the infolet can see their own teams results. (The upper and lower is to account for Manager Email Addresses that might be in all capitals or not)

But the issue seems to revolve around anyone with an apostrophe in their name.

If I have someone called John.O'Smith@email.com as a USER.ID and their Manager Email Address is also John.O'Smith@email.com then the infolet does not return any results at all.
