Can the Performance Review, Comments section font be made uniform when using custom font?

When creating a custom version of the employee and manager printed performance review document in BI, we are unable to force the font in an open text comment section.

When creating a custom version of the employee and manager printed performance review document in BI, is there a way to force the font? We seem to have no issues forcing the font on all fields EXCEPT an open text field. Depending how the employee/manager adds the text into that field, it will display a different font or look/feel and the forced font on the rest of the document doesn’t hold. For example, a typed in response versus a copy/paste from Excel versus a copy/paste from Word ALL have different display properties.
