How to calculate Length of service from latest hire date of employee?

I am using Workforce Trend Real Time Subject Area, I need to show the termination counts by month and also I have filter for length of service. length of service should be calculated from latest hire date of employee. Enterprise Hire Date column has initial hire date, and Enterprise Seniority Date is empty. when I tried to add Work Relationship real time SA , analysis going into error.

And Legal Employer Seniority Date from Work Relationship real time SA also has blank value. When I add Work Relationship real time SA to Trends SA analysis is going into error. can anyone please help me here.
