Hide some Jobs in create job offer offer page

Can we exclude certain job names in drop down from Create Job Offer>>>> Assignment in order to avoid any impact at the Core HR level?

We thought of using the page composer but cannot find the el expression to hardcode the job names.

Any suggestions?
