How to embed a video in a guided Journey--not using a Video Task, but a Manual Task

Summary:

When I try to add video embed code to the notes section of a manual task, the code between the iframe tags gets removed. Why can't I embed a video this way? We don't want it to be a video task because there is additional content as well.
