Summary: We have a need to audit our notifications. This includes both notifications & alerts. Is it possible to extract both notifications and alerts through SQL (analytics) including the subject line, body, who it is sent to and when?

Content (required): I'm trying to figure out which tables to use to extract both notifications and alerts so I can supply to the proper teams to review. There are multiple teams with this need. Could you please share which tables to use in SQL to include the alerts & the notifications details?
