Launching Annual Merit Cycle for Manager Rehearsal in Production
Summary: First year running annual merit cycle in Oracle HCM
Content (required): This is our first year running the annual merit cycle in the Workforce Compensation Module. Are there any risks we should consider if we launched the plan in Production and allowed our managers to look at their employee data a week or two before we plan to Open the plan up?
Knowing that we have to run the "Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to HR" would it be low risk to do that and then roll the plan back after the Mangers have had time to look at their employee data before allocating the real increases?
