Incomplete Option should be Disabled For Transaction which got imported from Sales order

Content (required):

Incomplete Option should be Disabled for AR transaction those got imported from Sales order. Only for invoices which got created manually or via spreadsheet should have option of Incompleteing the transaction and making changes to the invoice. How can we achieve it.
