How to Enable the "Request Information" Button in the Offer and Requisition Approval Notifications

Is there a way to configure a Request Information button in Requisition and Offer Approval Notifications in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)?

Currently, the only two buttons available are Approve and Reject.
