Any Help for Allocation Report from Source balance to targetted /Allocated balance ?

Summary:

I have a requirement of an Allocation report which should display the source balance and the allocated balance, offset balance all before and after running the Allocation process.

im unable to do this. Can someone guide me through which tables i can retrieve this information?
