Automatically filling requisitions not changing to No after candidate work relationship is cancelled

Automatically filling requisitions not changing from Yes to No after candidate's work relationship is cancelled due to rescinding the job offer, the requisition is not automatically reopened.

Job requisitions are being created with "Automatically fill requisition" flag as Yes. When a candidate is moved to HR, these requisitions are automatically filled. However, if the candidate's work relationship is cancelled due to rescinding the job offer, the requisition is not automatically reopened.
