How to Hide/mask Candidate E signature until the candidate reaches Interview Phase? Is it possible?

Summary:

Current using Blind Recruitment (Doc ID 2734017.1) for achieving Blind recruiting requirement for other cases.


Client requirement is to hide / mask Candidate E signature to Hiring manager Anonymized role until it reaches interview phase.

As Candidate Job application enters Interview phase the masked data E signature should be made visible.

Phases:

New, Flagged Applicants - E Signature should be masked

Interview and Selection, Offer - E Signature should be visible.

Please guide in achieving the above requirement.
