Co-existence - PeopleSoft to HCM
Co-existence - PeopleSoft to HCM - Approach and Guidance
We are in process of moving to HCM from PeopleSoft. We plan to go-live with Performance & Goal management and T&A in HCM . We had change the approach and are switching to co-exist mode. We plan to to do initial conversion and later maintain data in HCM in co-exist mode.
I am not able to find clear guidance on this approach. The HDL documentation does not provide clear guidance on this. If you have taken similar approach, can you please share your experience on this ? Would much appreciate any guidance to achieve this.
