Costing of Positions subject area in OTBI?

Summary:

We get requests from all of our customers in Academics and Healthcare for reports/ analysis that show position costing but we have to use BI Publisher since we do not see costing of positions in any subject area.

Where do we find the costing of positions in the OTBI subject areas and if it does not exist, when will it be added?

BI Publisher code for a report we created below that put requisitions, the position tied to them and the costing for that position with percentage and chart field string. We would like to be able to do this in OTBI instead.
