Can we restrict the compensation 'Change Statement' generation for few employees?

This is regarding Oracle Fusion Compensation Change Statement.

When we run the process 'Process Workforce Compensation Change Statements' there are some popular filter like, Country, Legal Employer, Business Units etc. but no option where we can run the process for few employees based on person number. No Fast Formula option. Is there any other way which will help to generate or restrict statement for group of employees.
