Hi All,
I am new to payroll.
We have a requirement, Unpaid Absence value to be deducted from basic salary plus Allowance (coming through ICP).
example: Basic salary is 1000 monthly and Car Allowance (ICP) is 2000 monthly.
Then daily rate for absence to be reduced from basis salary as well as car allowance. Absence daily rate for basic salary will be based on 1000 and for car allowance based on 2000.
Setup: I defined rate definition using Balance contributor type and balance name = relevant element names. Rate Definition defined at Absence Plan and not at Element level.
