Upload a Translation File in instance

Experts,

I'm trying to load a translation file for an object via HDL.

However, I'm getting this error in Load:

You can perform only a correction operation for the translation object {VO_NAME}.

The parent object is loaded successfully. But the translation is running into error.

Can you please provide any inputs?

Is there a setup I need to check?

** The same translation file has worked earlier in other instances but its failing here.
