Atom feed not fetching expected results in OIC

Hi,

We are using atom feeds to send HCM data downstream. We have implemented the atom feed rest api in rest adapter and not the one in HCM adapter. This is causing a lot of issues for us.We noticed that lot of employees were not going downstream. Looking closely we found that the atom feed fetched in OIC was giving less records than what we got in postman for the same date range. SRs were raised for both teams and HCM team suggested to delay transactions.ie. instead of taking data for current hour we were asked to take for the previous
