Business Unit Field reflecting ID instead of Name in ORC - Create Job Requisition Page

Hi,

We have secured the list of Business unit using Org Security Profile - Org List option and included 1 business unit. But when a recruiter tries to create a job requisition of type position, in Business field, we see the id instead of name. How can we get the Business unit name intead of ID.
