Defaulting Offer Letter Template based on selected Legal Entity

Need to default Offer Letter Template under "Offer Letter" based on the selected legal entity in "When and Why" section while creating/editing the job offer for a candidate

Content (required):

We have different offer letter templates for different legal entities/legislations and using auto complete feature we would like to auto populate the offer letter template depending upon the legal entity recruiter selects while creating or editing job offers.

I am new to this feature and still exploring it more. I tried creating one rule for "Job Offers" business object but it does not seem to work. The rule I have created for sample is, if legislation code is India then default Job Offer Letter template as "Template1" else default it as "Template2". Attached is the rule snippet.
