Total Newbie here! Can I start learning Workforce Compensation before Base Compensation?
I seek your valued advise.
I am a Talent Management (Goals, Performance) implementer. However, my company has asked me to undertake the course on Compensation additionally. The immediate business need is to be able to support the Lead Compensation Implementer for our client's Annual Merit Process for 2023.
My query is since Annual Merit process (please correct me here ) falls under Workforce Compensation, is it okay if I start the course from Workforce compensation itself and skip Base Compensation for later? Will that be possible or Base needs to be covered first?
