Are Procurement Catalogs Limited to show 24 items on the Cards View or can it be changed?

Summary:

Within Catalogs if there are more than 24 items, the Cards View with images will show the first 24 then force you to click the "Next" arrow to show the next page of items. Can this be changed or is it fixed within OFC?
