How to assign PA document for the prior review period for a global transfer active assignment

Summary:

How to get a PA done for previous assessment year for a employee global transferred into a new LE in the year outside the review period.

We are not able to use eligibility override and provide PD for a employee who was global transferred in 2023 to a new Legal Employer (entity in different LDG).

Process does not allow us to create document, even though eligibility override is allowed (not presented in the list though).

Content (required):

Employee A in LE1 in 2022, global transferred to LE2 in 2023. PA admin not able to give eligibility for the PA document referencing to review period of 2022 (1-JAN to 31-DEC). Not able to create PA document. No score from recent cycle would lead to ineligibility for salary planning.
