In got a Oracle document named 23A_Job_Distribution_Partner_Integration_V1. but I have a confusion. The process mentioned in this document is to make integration with ORC and any third party sites ?

or It is something with those who are oracle partner.

Like , in my project I want to make Integration with Oracle recruiting cloud and one Job site (that is not oracle partner).

will that the setup process solve my problem ?
