Summary:

Job Requisition approval is going into error. The aproval is setup based on Management hierarchy blocks, once block to trigger for Hiring manager and the other block is to trigger to 5 level managers (Hiring manager's manager--->next manager----->----upto 5 level if the managers exists).

So the issue is, if there is no manager exixts for the hiring manager, i.e., the managers not exists in second block goes into error, but if only 1 manager also exists its working.


Can anyone help us how to handle this?


Even though there is no manager for hiring manager.
