Cannot find the new hired manager to act as a proxy

Hello everyone,

In the compensation plans we use a ff for the General Manager of each country to be the highest approver of the plan and it is working correctly. Recently there was a change of the GM in one county and we had to hire a new employee that would take over the GM access; however, after the hire, when we try to act as a proxy we cannot find the new hired manager when we search for him. Moreover, I cannot even find the manager when I try to change the hierarchy of an employee via the Administer Workers tasks.
