Change how opportunity revenue line amount is calculated.

There are 2 custom fields:

Field 1: Sale price

Field 2: Tax 1

I need the result of multiplying (Field 1 * Field 2) is reflected in the Amount field of the opportunity income line.

Its possible to make this type of modification? So far I have not found documentation or note that indicates that I can modify the way in which the amount of the income line is calculated.
