Evaluate Absence Process Behaviour

edited Feb 17, 2023 7:11PM in Workforce Management 1 comment

Summary:

We have a client requirement to add Public Holidays for year 2022 (Public Holidays from 01-JAN-2022 to 31-Dec-2022) as of now. and it should impact the completed absence records duration to be deducted from total duration. We did the followings :-

1- Create Calendar Events

2- Map with Work Schedule

3- Assign work Schedule

4- Run Evaluate Process

And we expecting that all absence entries between (from 01-JAN-2022 to 31-Dec-2022) supposed to recalculated and maintain the absence duration and plan accruals as well. Taking into consideration Absence Plan configuration is "Anniversary year" not "Calendar Year"

We noticed that is happening, Evaluate process include the absence entries when starts after the current anniversary of employee only and for the absence entries when starts or ends before the employee current anniversary date; The "Evaluate Process" couldn't consider these entries and there is no kind of impact or deductions..

Howdy, Stranger!
