Need to hide "Package for first encounter trigger' from BGC section.

Summary:

"Package for first encounter trigger" and "Add Package" below it is not required for our implementation. We have a request from business team to hide that from Screening Services section.

Content (required):

We are trying to remove using Page Composer but as we do so the text 'Packages When Entering Phase Background Check' is also going away. Please let me know how we can achieve this requirement.
