Goal plan generation notification not enabled in time. Can we redo it?

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

My client had initially not mentioned that they need a notification when the HR assigns a Goal Plan. So I assigned a Goal Plan and notification didn't go out to the assignees. Now they said that they wanted to notify the assignees when they were assigned the Goal Plan.

Since Goal Plan can't be deleted, the option to re assign the Goal Plan once again (this time with notification ON) is ruled out.

I know for Performance documents, we can bulk email all the assignees of the document.

Is there a way to bulk email all the Goal Plan assignees that they have been assigned a Goal Plan?
