Bypass HDL & Rest Services in ACR Rules taking null values

Summary:

Hi Team,

We want to bypass HDL & Rest services in ACR rules. When searched in readiness document it is mentioned as below. It says valid values for both are either Y or N.

When we implemented the logic, we are getting null values for both the HCM param values.

When we implemented the below logic, it is working fine.

Kindly confirm if we need to include null value in the logic?
