Summary:

We are facing an issue with promoting or transferring workers through job requisition, after a worker accepts a job offer and moved to HR phase, the position will be filled by that worker, and also the HR Specialists are not able to change the worker's assignment manually with the same position that he/she accepts the offer. It will raise a head count error when we try to update the employment details.
