Summary:

I have a question, what's the meaning of table "PER_ALLOCATED_TASKS", column "SIGNER_ADDRESS", like below?

Oracle document said "SIGNER_ADDRESS stores the Internet Protocol Address of the signer". But when I used "ipconfig" command to view my IP address, it's 192.168.0.***, not match to above IP address.

Pls kindly share if you know anything about it. Thank you!
