Can the talent ratings page show the calculated numeric score rather than only rating description?
Summary:
The talent ratings page currently only shows the rating description from an annual performance appraisal. For example, if a team member received a 4.31 calculated score, the rating description would be "Exceeds Expectations". The talent ratings page only shows the description of "Exceeds Expectations". Is it possible for the talent ratings page to display "4.31 - Meets Expectations"?
I understand that you can add numbers to the description in the rating model, but this would not be sufficient as we would like to include the calculated rating which only comes from the annual performance appraisal.
