22D SORT CODE SEARCH FOR EMPLOYEE BANK ACCOUNT CREATION
Sort Code Search feature not working as required,
With 22D we have a new feature available - SORT CODE SEARCH FOR EMPLOYEE BANK ACCOUNT CREATION. for UK Payroll - https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/payroll/releases/22D/22D-payroll-wn.htm#F25689
As per this new feature An employee can search for a bank by sort code and create a bank account without knowing the bank and branch details. The employee can select the sort code from a choice list, and the corresponding bank or branch details is automatically populated.
I had rasied an SR for the same , and they informed that this feature will not work for existing banks and branches. Is this true? can anyone help on how to have this feature work for the exisitng banks and branches.
