Pull Users and Roles from Bank Account Security Tab

Summary: Pull values from Bank Account Security Tab Via SQL or other method

Content (required): Is there a way I can pull what roles and users were assigned to a bank account's Security tab without having to navigate to the page itself? Possibly via a CE_ table? I ran a select * on CE_BANK_ACCOUNTS but that did not yield the desired results

Navigation: Setup&Maintenance>Manage Bank Accounts>Query and select a bank account>Security tab
