I'm having to create new template section for goals, competencies and the overall summary this year.  What I've discovered is that on the Goals and Overall Summary template sections, we did not define the Decimal Places, Decimal Rounding Rule, Mapping Metric and Mapping Method fields for the Calculation Rules (though we did for Competencies) .  But on the Template itself, we do have those fields defined on the Structure tab for each section.  Is there any impact to NOT having them defined on the template section, and just on the template?  What is the best practice?  Should we have them defined on
