Fast formula for flow schedule for Daylight Saving reduced 1hr daily instead of once at the begining

Example Scheduled extract run at 8 AM on Monday
Result with the above mentioned fast formula (we are just deducting 1 hr instead of adding) : Tuesday : 7 AM
Wednesday : 6 AM
Thursday : 5 AM
Expected Result : Tuesday : 7 AM
