How to filter job application using their prescreening question answers?

Is it possible to filter job application by the candidate's answers in prescreening questions? Currently, I see in the gear icon is that you can filter the applications using prescreening score:

Instead of the score, we want to filter them by their answers in the prescreening questions.

The system our team is using is in 22D.
