How can I create a new task block under current jobs?

Summary:

New task block which should show all jobs for employees directly.

Content (required):

In current application behavior, it requires 3 step navigation to reach to list of jobs(Current jobs> favourite jobs> search jobs). We want to create a new block like other blocks from Current jobs landing page, clicking which should directly land on to the list of all jobs with options to send a link or refer a candidate or employee.
