Cloud tenancy still there after deletion request completed

I requested my Oracle Cloud tenancy to be deleted and after the work request completed the tenancy is still there and I am unable to request the deletion again.

Hello,
over 3 months ago I requested my Oracle Cloud tenancy to be deleted (on the 'tenancy details' page) as I wasn't using it and didn't want it just laying around. At first all seemed well, a deletion work request appeared. Later I had even received an email notifying me that my tenancy had been permanently deleted.
Unfortunately something must have gone wrong, as after that I was still able to log in to my tenancy, so it clearly hadn't been deleted. At first I could see the completed deletion work request in the 'tenancy details', but after some time it disappeared. Now I am still able to log in to my tenancy, but can't request the deletion once again, as every time I try it I get the error 'The work request to delete your tenancy could not be initiated. Please try again or contact support.'.
