Replace .xml file in HCM extract

Content (required):

There is one HCM extract created in one instance and same in another instance. I have done some changes in for that extract in one instance and exported the .xml file. Now I want to import that changed .xml file for same HCM extract in another instance.

I am getting error " Extract name exists " when I am giving the extract name. Please help how can I replace the existing file.
