Front Loaded Absence Proration - Per Pay Period
Summary:
We have a requirement to prorate employees front loaded accrual based on the pay period that they were hired in. We have 26 pay periods. We are currently leveraging a Global Absence Proration formula that does a proration factor based on 12 months, however we need it to be for 26 pay periods.
