How to create ESS for custom report in multiple languages?

Summary:

Suppose a custom report whose layout is already available in multiple languages (multiple xlf files).

First I logged in EN language, went to the Manage Enterprise Scheduler Job Definitions and Job Sets for Financial, Supply Chain Management, and Related Applications page, and created an entry for it.

After that, the report was available to be executed via the Scheduled Processes page, in EN language.

What should I do for registering the same report in another language, say PTB, so that it can be executed via the corresponding Scheduled Processes page in that language?
